I could be one of the reasons the Bible has been on the "Best Seller" list since 537 B.C.  Sorry, that was an attempt at humor.

I have so many real books on the shelf at home plus those on my iPad.

Recently I was introduced to the relatively new International Standard Bible, ISV.  I was excited that Chuck Missler was involved with this Bibles introduction.

I just love the easy reading it inspires.  It is the work of numerous theologins who used the orginal Hebrew, Greek and the Dead Sea Scrolls.

I have begun reading the Bible again and it is like reading it for the first time.

If you are interested in pursueing Chaplaincy might I suggest you read this book first.  It will certainly help you understand "The work of the Chaplain" but it will also help you determine what field of chaplaincy you may want to get into.

Naomi Paget is also a trainer for ICISF.  I trained under her in 2015. She was awesome and her training is sometime particlally funded by corporate sponsers.

Don't miss a chance to attend her training.
